We have used BSI ltd for a few years now. They have provided technical support and monitoring to keep our aging server on the go while we assessed migrating to a new Dental Practice Management software solution, and its attendant server requirements. Once we had identified the solution: Clinical+ R4 Dave developed a custom server solution to fit in with our requirements, and those of the Clinical+ program, liasing with their technical team.

We then developed the installation strategy, first migrating to the new server hardware, and a Microsoft exchange e-mail system configured with Outlook clients. The Clinical+ installation was then done the following month. Dave and his team were helpful and proactive throughout, and integrated well with our team and those from our software supplier. Dave was very flexible with arranging visits and extra on site time to deal with unforeseen snagging issues with the Clinical+ install. Finally BSi Ltd have been refining the onsite, offsite and online backup provision to maintain our Data against all risks. I have no hesitation in recommending Dave and Bsi to any small business, and particularly Dental Practices, especially if running R4.
